A: Yes. We can offer you samples to check product quality, and some even could be free, but it's should be your side to cover the freight cost.

Q: What material are your products?
A: It depends on what material you want to order, it could be sterling silver, real gold, We usually make rhodium, rose gold, or yellow gold plating on the surface of the jewelry. The stones we set on the jewelry are AAA CZ

Q: What is your payment method?
A: T/T. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my goods?
A: We usually choose DHL/UPS/FedEx as a delivery company and you will receive goods from 3-5 days after payment. We can ship out the goods based on your request.

Q: What's your policy for the maintenance products?
A: We pay attention to after-sale services and will help customers to re-solder or fix stones for free when customers bring back goods that need repairing; 

Q: Can you manufacture per customers' drawings or designs?
A: Yes, we can offer OEM service if you provide us specific requirements or clear photos, we will prepare CAD drafts for your confirmation before bulk production. We can also make CADs and samples based on your trendy information if there is.
